In exactly 51 days I will be flying out of Dulles International Airport and on my way to Amman, Jordan. From there we will travel to Damascus in Syria. There we will spend four weeks studying Arabic and living in a monastery. This blog will be my way of keeping everyone up to date on what I am up to while in the Middle East.
